I had a gap contract with vodacom 2 years ago. AFter the 2 years, my gap contract was supposed to end - it had no limit btw. When I went to upgrade my contract, there was no problems, they signed my phone over. AFter 6 weeks, my phone was blocked. I went to the store in Cape Gate who told me I was placed on a gap contract with a limit (without my knowledge). They gave me the accounts department nr.
