When I ordered the 360 4 Norton, every time I downloaded it said it was expired. I wrote 5 times to the company on the last one she finally told me I had to download norton removal tool. I would get just a bit here and there. So I called customer service and he said you have to do this, by this time I was totally annoyed and confused what to do. He was hesitant on helping me. Finally he did remote working on my computer. When you purchase something it should be self expanatory, give you right product numbers the one sent was in correct and the one in email too. Way to much trouble my computer was un protected for like 5 days. read full review »
