My flight was cancelled due to weather. Went to the office I was directed to. Waited two hours to have my papers stamped "refund accepted". Never saw a refund. Called numerous times, sent numerous e-mails. No luck. I will avoid Cebu Pacific at all costs in the future. read full review »
