My number has been dropping calls for over a year, as a result of this my phone bill has gone up by one third. I get crossed lines, dropped calls, connection failures, and no response from the vodacom service provider. I received an sms to say the problem had been fixed - I was and still am having problems and reported them again. The network department are useless - dont return calls and so is the compensation department! You can never get anyone senior to call you back and vodacom customer service keep passing the buck!
