Multi-choice decided without notification to not bill customers and then to cut them off (many of them) when they fail to pay (this now happens often since the customer never receives a bill). This rude and possibly illegal tactic also leaves the customer with no tax record. I am a very prompt bill payer--the kind most businesses would love--but I missed the multi-choice bill three tithey mes and each time complained to them about not being billed.
