I recently purchased a product from Samsung under full warranty. The product cost 145.00. The product had a crack in the LCD screen. I thought It would be covered under warranty since it is the most important component on this product. But guess what, it wasn't. The cost to repair the screen even though we didn't damage it...The full cost of the product upon purchase...Crazy isn't it!!!
