Kindly be informed that yesterday falling on March 27th 2009 I tried to buy Kaspersky product online license for 3 PCs/1 year of KIS 2009, and I faced a serious problem for two times during my order process from Digital River GmbH which is "Order not processed due to export restrictions We regret to inform you that due to international export restrictions your order cannot be processed."...
