I have recieved an obseen amount of charges in texts that i have not recived on my cell phone. Now my cell company is billing me for something i never subscribed to in the first place. Now i am forced to pay this when i am being ripped off by this company. I know the company should pay or reinburse me somehow. Should i sue them for ?, what would you suggest?
