The manager was very rude, lLOUD, disrecptful and lack customer services skills. We were very disappointed at the new management at the facility, we have been faithful supporters of this establishment. Others customers were also shock at the lack of couresty with the managent. She was rude to her staff, they also stated how hard it is to work with her.
