We ordered the complete series of Third Watch DVD's and they were not what was promised to us. We received pirated poor quality DVD's that at times don't even work or are so bad you can't even see the people. The series came in big plastic case that had a xeroxed cover that you can barely see what the image is and our DVD's had ink pen on them.
