I received a letter/release form from UBI Payment Services. The letter states the exact same as everyone elses in that I have won $5K and to sign to confirm authorization of delivery. The attached letter also states "this is a contest with additional tiebreakers to determine the winner". Obviously I can't authorize the check that I have won if others are doing the same.
