My wife erroneously agreed to an unsolicited phone call to have a primus international account. When we received bills for a service that we do not need, have never used, and never will use, we phoned and canceled that service on February 6th 2009, at 12:27 pm with operator Sachin. We were also told to cancel this service with our regular telephone provider Telus, which we did with operator Fritzi.
