In the Fall of 2008 I placed an online order for their specialty socks with zipper pockets and had error messages regarding my credit card information. The message said that the order wasn't processed so I tried two additional times. As it turned out my credit card was charged three times and after numerous calls and an email message, I received no response to my messages nor did I receive any merchandise.
