My game recently broke, so i tried to contact ea after i couldn't fix it. When i got on the website (which was extremely difficult to find) i selected the 'email us' option. The screen came up and i entered my comment, but the picture/file uploader didn't work and when i tried to send the help request, a window popped up asking me to select a game.
