Dear Sir, It is matter of great concern that I had purchased 2 desert coolers in May, 2009 from M/S New Ganpati Electronics, Panipat. Since, at present the pump of one cooler is not working therefore the dealer was contacted. His service man said the pump motor is not working but refused to replace the same.
