Acers website said my computer had 9 months left on my Warranty. I shipped it to the Repair center in Temple Texas only to have two calls from NASTY CSR's WADE and NICOLE both POS, stated they will NOT stand behind their product and denied my claim. The website makes no mention of what is or what is not covered. It only told me my model and serial # IS still under warranty.
