While watching a tech doing an oil change on my car recently, I noticed that he wiped off my old oil filter instead of changing it.(He didn't notice me watching him).When i confronted him he denied not changing my filter and produced and old filter obviously not from my car as evidence that he had.I also spoke to the so called "Manager" and he dismissed my complaint and asked me to pay my bill and leave.I will NOT be back. read full review »
