I keep on getting 3 or 4 calls a week, even when i pick up the line it`s an automated phone call asking me to call back. When I try to call it normally takes 20 to 30 minutes to get someone on the line. I have spoken to the same person on 3 different occasions and aksed him to send me a bill in the mail explaining what and and who i owe money to. He tels me that I don`t need to pay and he can`t collect me since I live in the province of Quebec. My next question is whay do i keep on getting these stupid calls then.
