In November 2008, we bought a new house and since the house already had a satellite dish we decided to change from Rogers to Bell Express Vu. I called the first week of November and informed them I wanted to cancel my services as of December 1st (internet, home phone & cable). The lady I spoke o said no problem and made the changes to my account. Of course the week after all my service were cancelled ( 3 weeks before the date requested).
