For a lark i thought i would have fun with this lottery; however, haplin keeps saying i'm a winner and not sending me my winnings. All they keep asking for is either $20 or $10 or #3.99 processing fee. Well, i'm not a rich women and it shouldn't cost me anything if i have won the Grand Slam prise. Now, i have sent haplin my last cheque for $3.99 to process my winning cheque for $27, 500.
