With great anguish I have to bring to your notice that it seems your service department is just not giving service and in fact they are trying to squeeze out money from your permanent customers without giving any service. The following is my case; I gave a complaint on your call centre no. 1800 419 4040 on 11-2-09, complaint No.DEL 1102090766. Again on 12-2-09 rang up the above call centre no. and asked for delhi number which they gave as 9312243709.
