I purchase the fully automatic washing machine in the month of Dec 2007.There was a problem with the water inlet in the month of Nov 2008. I complained immediately to customer care who registered the complaint under the complaint No.2423870 and sent a person in a week. He examined and told that a valve has to be replaced and never turned up. After a marathon effort of hundreds of phone calls and the complaint registered in the same website, a person came in the month of January 2009 and said the same thing and went away.
