After an hour on the phone with 3 "customer care" people I'm too exhausted to type much but want people to know that Hotels.com is beyond unprofessional and I HIGHLY discourage using them. After cancelling a reservation 6 weeks prior to the initial date of arrival, I received an email from hotels.com with a weather update in my arrival city.
