I made a reservation through this website to a restaurant. I wanted to have a late afternoon lunch at 3pm. But the kitchen of that restaurant was supposed to close at 3pm, which we found out when we got to the restaurant. The site should not have allowed me to make this reservation at a time when the kitchen was closed. I'm not sure if it was the restaurant's fault or the website's fault. read full review »
