I recently finished a 1 year contract with this sorry excuse for a gym. I was informed that I had to cancel 30 days before my membership expired, which I did. A few weeks later I got billed again, So I called in and was told that it didn't show on their system that I had cancelled because there was an issue with their system, and I would have to come in again and cancel in person.
