so i personally went to the national consumers complaint centre (website - www.nccc.org.my) on friday, 12 June. i advise anyone going through a similar case to visit them. They are very knowledgeable and get PLENTY of complaints regarding fitness centres on a WEEKLY basis. bring copies of the proper documentation i.e. letters, Terms & agreement; and list down a detailed sequence of your side of the story. this will help them to smoothen the process. if your currently in the midst of a similar case like mine, DO NOT... read full review »
