I have held 3 seperate policies with Homeserve for the couple of years. We had a blocked drain which was causing our toilet to overflow. Homeserve sent out an engineer who agreed that the drains behind the toilet must have some kind of blockage. The drains were behind a tiled wall. We are getting a new bathroom fitted and the tiles and wall were taken down. Our Bathroom fitter advised us to get the drains fully clear before we install our new suite so that there would be no repeat of the flooding.
