I received a call from union telecom in oct 31st 2008 saying very low call fee to call in India. But you will have to pay $39 USD and few change and that money is refundable upon canclation of the account with no question aked. Then they gave the access code to call in India and first free 300 min. After providing the cr card info and transaction completed i happen to have call from friend and i asked him to call Union telecom as they provides good rate to call India.
