A few days ago I enlisted them to level an character for me on my account, two days later they inform me that I changed the password wich I did not. I found out the password was indeed changed but was able to change it back. When I logged into my account all my characters where looted clean all my money was gone and they even emptied the guild bank. I started a procedure against them via Paypal and I advice anyone who has problems with them to do the same. On ioffer, their username is "wnijsten" and you will see that they are a zero feedback "buyer" that goes around buying things and not paying so that the sellers will have to pay listing and sales fees for something that was never paid for. Be aware that if you sell on ioffer, you probably will not receive your money. The fiasco with POAA.nl an internet business based in Breda, the Netherlands began in June 2008. I spent quite a lot of money with them 959 euros on light fittings. Needless to say they never arrived! Initially they pretended they had sent them - but every time I asked for tracking details or for the contact details for the freight company they claimed that they couldn't provide them to me but were dealing direct with the carrier. Netherlands Rail Ticket Machines DO NOT ACCEPT BANKNOTES or certain credit cards (Visa Electron)!!! We canceled our account with ABN Bank and try since Feb. 25, 2008 to get our remaining money transfered to an other bank. The reason for the cancellation was a extreme bad customer service. We had no more internet access to our account since October 2007 and the bank was not able to send us new dates for the internet access. I am expecting a package from US via USPS. It arrived to the Netherlands May 09, 2008, 10:35 am. The Customs Service of the Netherlands called TNT to pick the package and deliver to the customer (me) on 15th May. Today is 27th May. The package is still in the Customs Service. I am leaving the country two days later, returning my country. I called TNT, they have not showed any sign of being prompt, instead told me that I have to wait more. The package will return to US.
