My son who is 14 year of age, was travelling from MCT to RAIPUR via DEL. Getting down in Delhi airport he was shifted to domestic terminal, after reaching there no one guided him to reach the counter. Though he asked many of the ground staff, none of them gave any assistance. I booked car land cruiser VXR white color…in May 2008…. But I could not receive it until now…. I noted that some customer booked after me and received their cars. I cam to know that the sales staff in the show room do business under the table to upfront your request. eg special if you request white Top of the range land cruiser. In addition if ur care arrive the will call you and tell that we have other color so the can give your prefer color to the costumer that the hace under table business with them. I have purchased a ticket of Jet Airways with a intention to get frequent flier points on Etihad Airways card. I have been advised by Jet Airways counter staff in Hyderabad that, the Etihad is not their partners. Further the airport staff informs to me that I have to be at the airport 2 hours in advance. I had a membership with this club after paying 10000 rs which i haven't used in the last 6 years and canceled the same more than a year back with out any recovery of the deposit. Despite this i get 3-4 calls every day trying to sell different schemes stating i am a member. For the past 6 months i have patiently told every agent calling that i am not a member & i am not interested. The call still persist at every possible hour of the say & night. I had subscribed a dishTV set through one of my friend from India in November, 2006. After 3 months of smooth viewing I paid the annual subscription charges and soon after that from Feb.'07 there was an automatic software upgrade programme that kept appearing on my TV.
