I purchased Nokia-6233 GSM handset from M/S Bhushan General Store, Bathinda vide Receipt No 451 dated 01-08-06 who further purchased it from M/S Star Telecom, Bathinda vide receipt no 78 dated 01-08-06 against one year guarantee. I have a 450L Fridge of Samsung, & subsequently bought 1.5 t AC in June 04 looking at the decent performance of the Fridge. In less than 1 year (May05) bought another 1.5t AC from Samsung. There starts my tyranny. The 1st AC touch panel conked & I was informed an estimate of 3K. Immediately after that there was a gas leakage in the same AC & was spending about 2.5K to repair it. I booked two tickets from KHI to NYC on Qatar airways. I was unable to complete the printout of the tickets and thus did not have the booking reference. I got the same from Qatar Air Local office which was 4DMP3P. I checked the same and my booking was there. Next day I tried to print the ticket and could not find my booking against the reference I had been given and which I also confirmed the previous day. The project was delayed but after visiting the site, Iam satisfied with construction quality and I myself witnessed the vivid compensation offered by the company in terms of finishes.
