When you open the attachment which you think is coming from your aquaintance it is actually a VIRUS. that locks you computer...which you cannot elimate unless you buy their anti-virus software. This company does not comply with FOS (Financial Ombudsmen Service) so don't think you can use the Ombudsmen to assist in resolving your issues. I recently purchased a Sanyo LCD TV and in chatting to the sales person I mentioned that I wanted to get into share trading and she said that this TV could get Finance news etc as it had Teletext.
