My mother passed away suddenly on 17th January 2011. She had been approved a room in a nursing home and was not happy with the bed. I worked for this "company" for a while without knowing they were a scam and ripoff, i wish I didn't. It is run by a scammer called Karl (he uses various names in the office) and I overheard several calls with him talking to a Steve who owns the company and I have reason to believe he lives in NZ, Karl is also a kiwi, you can tell from his accent. I purchased a voucher from cudo for a facial, massage from Holistictouch and have been unable to contact Holistictouch to make an appointment. Their phone now seems to be disconnected and there has been no reponse via the internet. I have tried contacting cudo via their customer support email and by cudo.com and their 'contact us' on several occaisons. There has been no attempt from cudo to contact me. Words can not explain how I feel about this company!!! We are currently in major legal proceedings so I can not say much. I work in a small company of 20 staff and 2 of us are independently in legal battles with this company. Our hose was due for completion on the 4th of December 2009. I have ordered Zumba DVDs from this company. It wasn't obvious at the beginning where the company was operating from. I just knew when the payment went through in Chinese Currency. Moved out of home and the country and they still charge me for the utility bills for a house that has new tenents in it! They told me they cant refund me the money they took out, (by mistake) unless i get a legal document saying when i moved from a real estate agent.
