Bought fridge Nov 2005, Had problems ever since it has stopped completely even freezer section. Have had to get it fixed twice and while waiting for parts i had to use multiple eskies which was a complete hassle. And now all three of my shelves have BROKEN!! I haven't complained about anything as yet but now the three shelves will cost approx$200 the fridge is not quite 3 years old. On 15/08/2008 the amount of $251.48 plus $6.29 currency conversion fee was fraudulently charged to our Visa credit card by this person. Obviously he is a persistent thief. Complaints abound on this company! I ordered a download program that "guarantees to repair corrupt files" if you can see the preview in one of their windows. I could see one page of the file in their window, and ordered it for $39.95. Moments later, i got the invoice for double that! I was trying to book a return flight from Cairns to Brisbane with Jetstar thru Best Flights web site and as i got to the last stage of confirmation, after entering my credit card details, i got an error message saying that it had failed and i had to search again. This company asked me to go through an externally frustrating debit card authentication's/verification process that my bank won't participate in for some reason with a reputable company. Adam Internet provider advertises one of their products called NAKED ADAM by showing a overweight and dirty looking naked man. His private part obscured by a phone. I know this is a little item but the service I got infuriated me so much that I had to tell somebody, tell everybody. I purchased a battery for the remote in dad's car ($10). Put it in, worked for three days then it just went flat. We tried a different battery to make sure the remote was fine, which it was.
