I took my Blackberry in for repairs 11 weeks ago. I was told it would take approximately 6 weeks to repair and return. I have been back to the store 3 times in the last 3 weeks and was told they would call me and no one did. I was also informed that the Manager would get a written note and she will call me back on Monday past. I don't have her name and to date no one has called me. I feel that the service is poor and the promises made have not been kept. this is a promotions company that recruits young college students etc, to do in store promotions and hand out pamphlets etc. They take so so so so long to pay you, that I dont think its within reason to even work for them, by the time they pay, you might havve grey hair. I went to apply for a contract at Ottery Mtn on the 25/05/11 and was assisted by a Shameega. She advised that the application would take between 24-48hours to process and that I would get the phone then. When I called 2 days later she was not there and she had handed my application over to Wanita. When I called in to report that the product has made no difference I was shut down and told that Im lucky that she did my hair in the first place. I have received several fines now from AARTO as i drive a company vehicle and JMPD is charging a tripled amount to companies so they can make more money that way. My nephew subscribed to a website supported by Smartcall without my concern. I received an sms that R20 was deducted from my account as that site charges R20 a day. I sms's for them to unsubscribe me the same day, that was on the 7th of June 2011. On the 8th of June 2011 another R20 was deducted from my account once again. When I called the Call Centre I was sent from pillar to post and the Manager - Alicia Jonker refused to speak to me. Since yesterday I have been without the use of any and all outgoing mobile services.
