To Whom It May Concern This is the second complaint letter that I have written and I am yet to hear back from anyone about it. I took my car in for a service at Hyundai Sandton on the 4th of May and have had problems with it since then. He/she also changed my Passwords to log in. And stole $45mil from my Zynga Poker account. There is no way that Facebook allow me now to get back in facebook. Munnik Basson Dagama Lawyers are harrasing me on a prescribed debt of 2004/2005. To the best of my knowledge, I do not have any outstanding debts at ABC Shoes which ceased to exist in 2004/2005. ABC shoes or Edcon, the company that took it over, never contacted me about outstadning debts. This company is a joke! Our company had a very urgent parcel that was needed to be delivered to Royal Swazi Sun for permits. At 8:30 they were called to come pick up the parcel for delivery the next day. They said they had no problem and it will be picked up a.s.a.p. At 10 o clock still no driver and they were called again. At 3 0 clco they were callaed again. At 3:45 we were told a driver was in the area and he will pick the parcel up soon. I booked for a parcel to be delivered from South Africa to Qatar. The cost of that was R655.50. The courier came when my husband (with a broken foot) was all alone at home. Even though the security guard at the gate told him that he is home and he must just wait the courier services just decided to leave. This without phoning the telephone number that was provided. It is three hours later and I am still waiting even though I was told that they will send someone immediately.
