I recently damaged my vehicle because of a street-light pole that is situated in the driveway of a residence in Wierda Park. The street-light pole is planted in such a position that causes it to be a hazard. Numerous vehicles have been damaged by this specific pole. I was offered work as an Electrical Supervisor at Gazimpex Construction. The wanted $210 for a n Affidavit. I was almost scammed out of money by a Cameroon Scams and therefore were sceptical when payment for documentation were asked. I send an email to the South African Embassy in Ghana and they confirmed that this is a scam. Thank you to our Embassy for making the effort to make enquiries on my behalf. I upgraded my medical aid at Prosano to the Provider option in 2010.I was told that I could no longer make use of Prime Cure. According to my knowledge all accounts were paid because it was submitted to the Prosano.I learnt only yesterday that there was amount of + - R3000. that is in arrears since 1999. My Previous car, that had a tracker installed was written off. Tracker has been deducting money off my account AFTER the service is no longer required. I ported my 084 no from Cell c to Vodacom a few years ago - with no problems. Later in 2010 I became uncontactable and unable to make calls for long periods every day - and was forced to end my Vodacom contract in order to keep my 084 number. Since 2002 I had two cellphone MTN contracts. Laste year November (2010) I have cancelled the contract of 083 468 4624 electronically and I personally went to Wonderpark Shopping Centre in Pretoria North to cancell the contract. Its a promotions company for students, that allow them to hand out pamphlets and do in store promotions. Vehicle Mercedez 250 turbo diesel was taken to Lammers Service Centre July 2009 for enjin replacement and to overhaul the turbo. The enjin was at last replaced and I received my vehicle 19 March 2010. I immediately reported to the person owner Wimpy that the enjin makes a lot of noise more than the previous enjin, that it is smoking and that there was no power or turbo power driving the vehicle. I have a complaint with regards to the above Drs Sueing us for monies that was paid to them by our Medical Aid, According to our medical aid the Drs first submission was returned requesting them to re-send as there was Descepencies in the account. They did eventually re-send the account to the medical aid but in the interim sued us for the same amount and the medical aid duly paid them the R881.00 that they requested. The dealer sold me a Jeep Cherokee claiming it has was in a very good condition and that the kilos were 180K which infact were 190K but the battery was flat so we could confirm but to pay deposit to affirm my interest. A days after a cash purchase the car start loosing water and I sent it back the next business day. However the dealer still refuses to refund my R65K claiming he used it and readvertised the car.
