I booked a stay at a hotel through agoda and noticed last minute that I/they got the wrong dates. I called to cancel/change but it turned out that agoda is based in Asia and is ahead 12 hrs of the U.S., so when i thought i was within the cancellation period, i actually wasn't, because they were past the international dateline. 1st translation of 7 pages Thai - Italian completed and was submitted to the Italian Embassy and has been rejected 4 pages, I paid 6, 300Baht Total. 2nd submission after amended the translation and has been REJECTED! again... As an ordinary citizen with a Lloyds TSB bank account, I have read with concern and anger the decision by you to suspend banking services to UK retailers because they trade with Cuba. I made two suits at his company called Shanhai Fashion House, also called as Raifashion. The suites were not ready when supposed to so they promised to send them to Me to Finland. To whom it may concern. A friend of mine from Accra, Ghana had made plans to fly klm to Dublin Ireland. He got a price from the airlines and proceeded to pay for his transit visa to Amsterdam. He paid for it but when he went to purchase his airplane ticket they increased the price by over 200 euros. Since he could not afford this price he went to another airline. KLM had given him a different price just a few days earlier. Now he is out the price of his transit ticket and went on another airline. There is something not right about this. Could you explain?
