i did sign for 1 day trial for 2 dollars, which i cancelled in couple of hours itself. Handed all documents for registration of student with 10% written confirmation from Registrar of admissions - Amar Mehra but some customer services personnel named Tunde Dorowoju in admissions finds it unacceptable that discount could only be offered to existing students not ex students though this was not the case when discount was offered. Returning to airport car rentals from the North (M90), I could not find a filling station to top off my rental car. During the rental, it cost me GBP57 to fill the tank from empty. I returned it half ull and Avis charged me GBP80 for fuel surcharge for half a tank. This is daylight robbery and needs to be stopped. This company has repeatedly made excuses not to repair numerous leaking panels, and a badly fitting door, failed to keep appointments and not returned phone calls or emails. The manager is rude obnoxious and wholly unprofessional.
