I have an ongoing complaint that is similar to that of d.r martin (posted 2010-07-12 -also from New Zealand)... My(NZ) ASB bank Credit card (charge back officer) is attempting to resolve. Very unreliable my friend used there service. arrived 1.5 hours late. so ended up paying an extortionate rate for very little time. alot of the "experiments" did not ammuse the children atall. i Myself used this company unbeknown my friend had (i only found out when we met up for coffee and it came up in conversation). again arrived 30 mins late for my child. R travel are a joke, they said they would ring me back when trying to book the holiday they never rang back countless times, I paid the deposit which they said was 50 pounds each and that was it until the final payment. No sooner have I put my son a fresh nappy on, it falls off!!! This is due to one side not being attached as well as the other side. The whole of the right hand side just detaches itself.
