A pop up that said you have virus detected on your computer. It had a shield that resembled my program I have downloaded so I ran the scan and paid the fee for update. It had a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Now I find the telephone number listed is overseas and the website is no longer valid. The debit has gone through under another name and Moscow listed. Was offered free trail of Maximum Burn Extreme and just had to pay shipping costs of £1.87 BUT since then the company have taken 98p and £55.37 from my credit card. I am on benefits and these unauthorised charges have put me over my limit ans will be charged £12 fee for going over the limit. I have had a debit of £13.00 taken of my mastercard credit card. I do not know what this is for and I dont want it to happen again. I did use this service earlier in the year but paid for it, and now they have debited my card again with out permission and not at my request. I purchased a mobile phone on a 24 month contract for my granddaughter, from a T-Mobile outlet at 85 Northend Road, Croydon in August 2010. The agent who sold me the phone informed that it was on a fixed basis and the bill would never exceed £20 per month.
