I ordered a kitchen food steamer from an online retailer. The Hermes delivery lout came when I was out and put a card through my door saying it was in the garden. We hired a vehicle from Heathrow airport, and although all went well we had a new espace, we asked to remove scdw waiver after we collected the vehicle and they would not refund the extra insurance, Jacob in there customer service centre refusd saying that it could not be refunded once the hire had commenced and the only way to remove it would to bring the vehice back have it checked in again, and then start a new hire. I purchased an otc scanner and the asian upgrade kit scanner advertised it was no shipping and all orders over $699 no shipping they charged for shipping. Kitbag charged my Chase cc for products and sent the bank phony documents alledging that I was at thier facility and purchased items to be shipped to my U.S. address. The amount was almost $800.00.
