Do not under any circumstances send this co. any money, they are a total SCAM. I sent them money by bank transfer and got nothing in return. They have a Barclays Bank Account 23739163. The account is in the name of Reece Oliver. They may also ask you to use Western Union. IT DOES NOT MATTER WHICH YOUR CASH IS GONE. Please take note of this complaint and if anyone has had the same experience, please take time to post on this site. This is a sure way to hurt these scammers, in there pockets. read full review »

Forrester UK Holdings
August 6, 2008
This American company with a UK mailbox, continues to demand monies for rental of equipment. The rental agreement was terminated in January 2007, but I continue to receive unsolicited demands, and they will not acknowledge my letters nor enter into any communication. Now they are sending the bailiffs around. Any suggestions other than a county court hearing? Loathe to spend money on a solicitors letter as I know I will never get any recompense. read full review »

Howard Gray
August 5, 2008
This guy has been harrassing us for a while. He doesn't know what he is talking about and is unnecessarily patronising. He even sent flowers to the girl on reception! If he calls you to speak about websites try and get him to "talk technical", its hilarious! The guy Howard booked the appointment for called up this week to check what was going on as Howard has been fired and we took great pleasure in having a whinge. Sounds as though he has been fired due to incompetence. At least we will get some peace now! read full review »

I had purchased a car from this persons' uncle, in the knowledge and assurance that it was a good and reliable vehicle for the price i paid. within 2 days of purchasing, i had noticed excessive wear on all of the tyres. the reason i didnt notice this when i purchased it, the tyres were smothered in this black paste, which obviously hid the wear. then, within 10 days of owning the car, the heater matrix has ceased to work, so that had to be replaced immediately. the next problem to arise was the MOT. i took the car to Panda Motor... read full review »

Pen Cottage B&B
August 3, 2008
I emailed Pen Cottage B&B enquiring about prices last week. The manager Monica Kaye emalied me back speaking to me VERY rudely. She was sarcastic and said to me ''what is your problem'' Just because I mis-understood something she had said. She then said that she would never let me stay at her B&B because all I would do is complain about everything. For someone who works with the public she has very bad people skills and very bad customer service. The way she spoke to me was absolutly disgusting. read full review »

I paid for a dress to be dry cleaned. I collected it and took it home to discover that it had stains remaining on it. I took it back to the shop immedietly and explained. I was then subjected to the rudest abuse I have ever recived by anyone! I was called 'the rudest customer', 'the most awkward person' and I was told that I was making a fool of myself. I was also told to go away! I was then ignored! I am writting a letter to them for this extremly bad treatment and hope to have my money back. read full review »

Argos - andrea sofa
July 30, 2008
Just over a year ago we purchased the Andria sofa package from Argos direct. When they arrived everything seemed fine until 5 months down the line the arm collapsed leaving jagged wood protruding from the underside of the sofa, (not good when you have a small baby crawling around). We contacted Argos who sent out an upholsterer who said that the timber used was totally unsuitable as it was full of Knots and therefore very weak. On receiving the reports Argos sent replacement sofas out and we thought at the time that this was good customer... read full review »

OFL/Wellness Watchers MD/WuYi tea
July 30, 2008
I ordered like a dummy one box of the Wuyi tea from QFL. I did not get a free box or sign up for monthly shipments. I wanted one box and that was it. When checking my bank account online I find I had been charged $59 from a company I have never heard of, Wellness WatchersMD. So I googled it and found this website along side of theirs. On QFL it says your order is secure and that it is fraud protection. Well that is not true! How did they get my account info and why did they charge my account when I have never ordered anything from them? QFL i... read full review »

Moneygram Money Transfer
July 30, 2008
I was conned by a person posing as a flat owner into paying 3months rent and depoist via moneygram into a friends name to show that I am capable of paying him the rest. I was then asked for the details to cross check the transfer. He then withdrew the money somehow which I got to know just this morning. I have contacted the police, and moneygram and nothing seems to be working. I am trying to find some independent authorities and regulating agencies that can complaint against moneygram's inefficient system. I would be grateful if given any leads and any unseful information. Intercargo/freight forwarding
July 29, 2008
Intercargo charged our credit card and then, despite promises to pick up packages, failed to pick them up. After numerous telephone conversations and more promises the whole company started to look like a scam so we cancelled the payment with our credit card company. The company did not return calls and did not communicate with us in a responsible manner. Do business with these people at your own risk. Do not make cash payments. Britannia Royal Albion Hotel, Brighton
July 29, 2008
I stayed in this hotel in July 2008 and I am just writing to advise other people not to do the same. It is dirty and outdated, some of the furniture is torn and chipped and the cleanliness in the rooms leaves a lot to be desired. When I complained, I was offered a free cup of coffee in their shabby bar and the staff were more interested in tuning in the TV. I loved Brighton but this hotel lets the place down badly and I would urge people to only use it as a last resort. It is not cheap either given the fact that it is run down, dirty and shabby read full review »
