moneybrookers.com
moneybrookers does offer a service of transferring smaller amounts of money unverified to bank accounts. This is stated as any amount lower than usd 1400. this is not true for Vietnam and moneybrookers demands verification with a BT bill or similar. BT does not serve Vietnam and most likely never will.
Moneybrookers does neither make anything clear before, but only if founds a deposited. After that they claim to send verification letters (not arrived, desite very much post arrives, even spam and junk), they also claim to have transfered an... read full review »

after having workedseveral weeks hard work for USD 90 was finally the day of withdrawal. When i have chosen the option wire transfer, i was redirected to moneybrookers - not my choice, but i accepted it. moneybrookers will not transfer my USD 86, which is left after fees, as they are "unable" to verify me and accuse me of money loundring. Avoid gia công CNC at all costs!!!
I am an experienced traveller, returning from a trip to Viet Nam. After having used the services of Gia công CNC in organizing our trip, I recommend other travellers using this travel agent.
Mr. CNC is a dishonest businessman, in addition to being a very poor travel agent. Our trip was a logistical diaster thanks to poor planning on our travel agents part.

Sony Vaio Laptop-Model VGN-CR490
I bought a Sony Vaio laptop - model no. VGN-CR 490 - seial no. 3000480 - made is USA from a dealer in Hanoi in Vietnam before 3 weeks. On receipt of the laptop, I felt mild shocks through power leak on the metal frame of the laptop. Tested with a power tester and took photogaphs of the red indication on the tester to confirm power leak and asked supplier to replace.
