FTML Flash Text Markup Language
I have a huge issue with Google and Google-bot not indexing well formatted XML (FTML). Even with out the html doc type declared, Google will still assume html and not treat the file/page as xml. It seems that when there is an html node, Google will no longer parse the page as formatted XML. read full review »
kenmore stove
I purchased a kenmore stove, black in color, and I had it since july 2009 and I only use it 9 months a year as i go to our cabin for three. In saying this when i was cleaning it, i noticed that there was a white spot on the back of the of the stove where the buttons are . when i rub my thumb on it, the paint peeled of in my hand. It is located where the steam comes out of the oven, when it is on.I am assuming that it is a manufacture defect. We got this MAXENT Plasma, because the Daytek 48" plasma was defective and COSTCO .."only" refunds you a "cash card" to buy for them and no one else. So we got this Maxent, and now it is having problems...and NO local service for it...COSTCO doesn't carry it, and

Salisbury Garden Supplies
I purchased a yard of black garden soil from Salisbury Garden Supplies. I paid $50 delivery charges. As soon as the soil was poured down in my garden, I realised that the soil was infected with lots of insects. When called them to inform them about the issue, they totally refused. I had paid $200 for soil. At this time point of time, it was too late & the damage was already done. For me, it was a waste of my time and money plus the plants that the insects infected are worth more than $100. It is just too frustrating. I was calledup by TeleSales/ marketing person from NuEra Telecom USA, Allured with 1 cents per minute call to India from Canada through Landline or Mobile, No monthly Fees, No contract and first 2 months free if continue calling from them atleast six months. I was told by the same Telesales Marketer that the confirmatory call will be given by them (NuEra) to accept the services and I need to accept whatever charge they say as the final bill would be changed at the end of month for 1 Cents only per minute.

I ordered an rc truck and paid in full. After they had my money. I was fed a series of lies, and was even hung up on the phone. When I called to ask what the problem was. They offer no service of any kind. Operate in an extremely unprofessional manner . And are more than happy to take your money with no intention of fulfilling their simple delivery of a product .

Bell Canadsa home phone
While doing service work in our neighbourhood, Bell either cut or disconnected our line. When we called on a cell phone, we got a service centre in India. The rep could do nothing other than fill in his order form. He could not provide tracking service or assurance of speedy reconnect. Bell's so-called internet service shows a 2-3 business day response to problems reported (!) Bell calls this quick service...
Is Bell really that tired of having land-line customers?

I purchased a 2007 Sante with a 2.7 liter engine and 4 speed automatic. Hyundai advertised the gas mileage to be 8 l /100 kms for highway driving. It got 12 l /100kms and 18 l / 100kms for city driving. The CD player kept heating up CDs to the point of warping them. I complained to the dealer in Edmonton, I was told that there was nothing that could be done and I had to live with it.

Nonoh, Switzerland, provides long distance phone call services. Normally I authorize them to charge my master card 5446-------------4068, when the deposit goes low. On jan 29, 2011, I authorized them to charge E$10.00 to my credit card. Dellmont is their banking service provider. Since Jan 28, 2011, they have charged me nine (9) times without authority. I asked my credit card company to get the amounts back. They have got only three (3) of those charges back. remaining six (6) charges have not been refunded. I am posting this to save people grief and frustration when deciding if to purchase a trailer from Rangeland RV. This company had our brand new trailer and work was not professional. We paid for them to install 2 solar panels and one was not installed correctly. Upon picking up the trailer, and towing home for use, a solar panel ripped off the roof, and left 4 holes in the roof. ZY Bearings
We found a contact in China who manufactures bearings. Their company name is ZY Bearings. We confirmed through numerous emails that the bearings were SKF. When we received the bearings they are definatly not of SKF grade. We can longer reach Mr. Joy Quan (our contact at ZY Bearings) we would like our money back or the difference in price between Non SKF (which are much cheaper) and SKF. I took my car into their service center for an oil change and to get my summer tires put on my car. My vehicle had been in the shop for approximately an hour when I received a phone call that they had broken one of my valve stems on one of my tires and I was required to pay $150 to replace a part that their mechanics had broken. I ordered a Denny's chicken salad with grilled chicken.
I waited like 20 minutes for this and when it came it was totally just out of one of those salad bags, I could have bought it myself or like at buck or so, on dollar days at Sobeys.
The salad had great big hunks of lettuce, nothing just a few cherry tomatoes and huge purple onions. I was not impresed. The garlic thing they gave me was hard like a dried out pita bread.

Missing mail, such as Income Tax, application for Canada Pention, Tenants subsidised rent, etc. I got the Royal Run-A-Round not only from Canada Post itself, but from Canada Post Ombudsman, as well. My spouse and I signed up for a 3 year contract & purchased 2 Blackberry phones at the beginning of 2010. For the first month, things seemed to be ok. Little did we know the fiasco was just about to start.

The woman who runs it, "Marishu", has no certificates to back up her claims, although she leads clients to believe that she has a degree in psychology, child psychology and 4 years of life coaching. She is a FRAUD! She pretends that she is a relationship counselor, but she doesn't keep anything confidential. They came out and gave me a quote for spring weed control $265 and fertilization $63, but I had already paid for that through WagJag. My niece (a young lady) was told she was obliged to purchase their supplemental insurance unless she could produce proof of insurance. She explained that she has a rider on her personal car insurance to cover rentals. However, they told her she could not leave with the car without purchasing their insurance at $12.44 per day.
