My niece (a young lady) was told she was obliged to purchase their supplemental insurance unless she could produce proof of insurance. Had a package sent to me from Singapore on May 3, 2011. By May 5th, it had reached Hong Kong and then been sent out. That is, according to DHL's online tracking system. I have been taking my standard poodle to this place for over two years and have always had her have a close shave with regular clippers.
