Hello, On January 14th, 2011 at 6 Spadina Ave, Toronto, I went to get my first oil change for my brand new 2011 Toyota Sienna. I purchased a pandigital reader for my daugthers birthday and the screen has cracked on the inside, there is no damage to the outside which there would be had the unit been dropped, this damage has come from the pressure that is required to activate the touch screen and so is therefore a design fault which should be covered under the warranty. In March I went on a short holiday to Mexico, Puerto Vallarta. I took my iPhone with me and before leaving purchased an option that would provide cheaper calls. As a precautionary measure, I turned data roaming off before leaving Canada. In addition to having data roaming turned off, the phone was turned off. I called and was told it was a generic for Nexium. But refused to do anything about it. The pill were shipped from India. An unauthorized payment for $$57.61 USD went through my visa, and no services were ever used. When I tried to contact the company, their customer service would only issue a partial refund of $40. A full refund request would have to be made through e-mail. All e-mail requests bounced back several times, and there was no other way to contact the company. A real scam! read full review »
