Last may 2010 I purchased a Sears Crafsman lawn mower (Kohler engine) with a 2 year warranty. Two weeks (two uses) after I ran the new mower it refused to restart after cutting front lawn. I brought the mower in for replacement at which point they refused and stated that they would attempt a repair. This company is ridiculous. They offered a free trial of the Globe and Mail but their device would not download it - I just got error messages. The offer was for two weeks and if I cancelled then I would not be billed. As I never got the free trial but noticed that my Visa was billed. After complaining to customer service, repeatedly, they have taken the position that I should have cancelled after the free trial even though I did not get the free trial. I received a gift card for $250.00 from my husband for Christmas. The gift card included a pamphlet with all services and pricing. I booked a Full leg with bikini and underarm waxing, as well as nail extensions. When I went to pay, using my gift card, the prices were higher than noted in the pamphlet. Had our furnace and ducts cleaned by this company June, 2010. Assumed that when we contracted them they would clean all of our vents. Discovered in Dec, 2010 that they missed 2. Called them, they advised they would do them when they were in our area (60 km from where they are located). I emailed them in April and May to enquire, got no response. I had injured By twisting violently my thumb accidentally. I have recommendation that make me tried the method of Chinese herbal therapy, I went every day to replace new herbal medication. I had given a contract to KWebmaker for preparing an ecommerce Website and theyprepared a CMS content management system for the complete website after a long wait of more than 2.5 years. Still the software is full of bugs and after sales support is pathetic. They have listed a lot of clients in their website and i wonder how true it is... I have wasted a LOT of money in this project and was generous enough to pay them advance and eventually the complete Payment believing them of the sweet talks about a good after sales service. I hired this company to help with a tenant who wasn't paying rent and wasn't letting me in when I decided to sell the condo. This company promised me the law was on my side and I would pay a fee, he would represent me at the tenant tribunal, and he would be evicted. It was all a lie! I went to the tribunal and we didn't even get before the judge! It was rescheduled. I purchased a yard of black garden soil from Salisbury Garden Supplies. I paid $50 delivery charges. As soon as the soil was poured down in my garden, I realised that the soil was infected with lots of insects. When called them to inform them about the issue, they totally refused. I had paid $200 for soil. At this time point of time, it was too late & the damage was already done. For me, it was a waste of my time and money plus the plants that the insects infected are worth more than $100. It is just too frustrating. We got this MAXENT Plasma, because the Daytek 48" plasma was defective and COSTCO .."only" refunds you a "cash card" to buy for them and no one else. So we got this Maxent, and now it is having problems...and NO local service for it...COSTCO doesn't carry it, and they and there Customer Service really suck. I purchased a kenmore stove, black in color, and I had it since july 2009 and I only use it 9 months a year as i go to our cabin for three. In saying this when i was cleaning it, i noticed that there was a white spot on the back of the of the stove where the buttons are . when i rub my thumb on it, the paint peeled of in my hand. I have a huge issue with Google and Google-bot not indexing well formatted XML (FTML). Even with out the html doc type declared, Google will still assume html and not treat the file/page as xml. While doing service work in our neighbourhood, Bell either cut or disconnected our line. When we called on a cell phone, we got a service centre in India. The rep could do nothing other than fill in his order form. He could not provide tracking service or assurance of speedy reconnect.
