I purchased a pandigital reader for my daugthers birthday and the screen has cracked on the inside, there is no damage to the outside which there would be had the unit been dropped, this damage has come from the pressure that is required to activate the touch screen and so is therefore a design fault which should be covered under the warranty. In March I went on a short holiday to Mexico, Puerto Vallarta. I took my iPhone with me and before leaving purchased an option that would provide cheaper calls.
