I have had problems from the day the unit was installed. (My plumber said I would hate it and he was soooo right) What a joke to call it the "quiet series" when it sounds like a rocket launch from start to finish. Dishes mostly come out more dirty than when they were put in...a salt looking deposit left behind. The racks are rusting out and the door latch broke. Our flight with Sunwing departed Winnipeg to Huatulco Mexico 1st March 2011 @ 6 a.m. Arrived 3 hours prior as advised. We were loaded and blasting into the sky in no time. Roger's business practices related to cancellation of services is a major problem. I cancelled cable/internet services a few years ago by phone and then subsequently returned their equipment and was told I had a balance of .01 which I paid. We went on a ten day cruise on the Norewegian Dawn in January 2011. They charged us a compulsory $400 automatic gratuity as part of their Free Style cruising. The cruise was good but I could not tip the guys who made my trip good unless I tipped above the $400 I knew I was going to pay on my Visa.
