March 30, 2011 I just want the people out there to know how bad service is will BELL. Theese guys are awful, a bunch of thieves and will always take advantage of you especially at your weakest momemt. I have (HAD) a pay as you go phone with BELL. We have a protection plan for our furnace with TH Oliver. The plan contract clearly states that all diagnostics are covered. when our furnace stopped working we called TH Oliver. The service person diagnosed our problem (incorrectly, we later discovered.) He then stated that since our problem was not related to a malfunctioning part, he would have to bill us for $180! I recently purchased tickets for the Cirque du Soliel from what I thougth was the Cirque website. While I loved the performance, I am quite disturbed over the cost of the tickets we purchased. Since i'm new with all theses things coming from a place where that doesn't exist, i didn't realize.
